Life coaching provides a confidential and supportive environment  tailored approach to helping thes e individuals overcome obstacles by serving as a guide, providing strategic support & actionable advice to help the client navigate lives challenges and aspirations

Is coaching confidential?

​Yes, coaching sessions are confidential. Our discussions are private, and your personal information is kept secure. The only exceptions to confidentiality may include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by law.

What approch can I expect from you?

I have a direct and action-oriented approach to your personal goals, focusing on providing practical strategies and steps to help you achieve your goals. I will not offer you advice but rather hold you accountable and motivate you to take action. Together we will establish realistic milestones and track your progress towards your goal. I take on an approach that encourages a growth mindset to equip my clients with the tools for overcoming their challenges. I will help you identify strengths, develop resilience and adopt strategies for continued improvement

What Are the Main Areas of Focus in Lifestyle Coaching?

Lifestyle Coaching covers various areas, including personal development, goal setting and achievement, stress management, relationship improvement, work-life balance, and overall well-being. We tailor our coaching sessions to address your specific needs and priorities.

How long will it take to reach my goals?

The timeline for seeing results can vary based on individual goals and progress. Consistency and commitment to the coaching process can accelerate your journey toward achieving your desired outcomes. Usually, it takes between 12 to 24 sessions to reach your goals

How does coaching work?

In a typical coaching session, we'll engage in open and confidential conversations. We'll identify your goals, create a plan, and work together to overcome challenges. Coaching sessions are usually scheduled regularly, and their frequency and duration depend on your needs and preferences. Sessions can take place in person, over the phone, or via video calls.

How do I know that you have the right training?

I have a certification through Jay Shetty and hold an accreditation from Association of coaching
